He’s led multiple successful exits - including to WM Technology, Ellie Mae, and DBusiness - and brings deep expertise in AI, CRM, MarTech, and analytics. A proven innovator in complex, regulated industries, Jaret’s leadership is helping shape Springbig’s next chapter of growth.

James has 20+ years of experience scaling data, analytics, and marketing tech businesses. Most recently, James was COO at Warehouse Exchange, which he joined after Gordian was acquired by Fortive for $775M, where he was member of the executive team. James, a proud father of two daughters, is now residing in sunny Sarasota with his wife and two dogs, Bentley and Finley.

CPA and finance pro with 20+ years in SaaS, M&A, and scaling fast-growth companies. As CFO of Fleetworthy, he led key acquisitions (Drivewyze, Empire Commercial) and helped expand its tech reach. Before that, he helped SMS Assist grow revenue by 1500% and led one of proptech’s biggest private-to-private deals. Miami U alum, based in IL.

After Sprout’s successful acquisition by WM Technology, Roger now advises businesses on digital strategy, sales enablement, and marketing innovation across verticals.
