Chief Operating Officer

Raymond Whatley serves as Chief Operating Officer at Springbig, where he oversees operations across engineering, product delivery, and cross-functional execution. Prior to stepping into the COO role, Raymond served as Springbig's VP of Software Engineering, where he led the engineering organization, with responsibility for the platform's loyalty, messaging, and data infrastructure. His background covers full-stack engineering, process management, and data modeling, with prior roles at ClickUp, RedJade, and the University of North Texas. Raymond brings a rare combination of hands-on technical depth and operational discipline, building processes and teams that scale alongside the business.

Shana Zehr is Senior Vice President of Finance at Springbig, bringing more than 20 years of financial leadership to the company. One of the earliest members of the Springbig team, Shana built the company's financial infrastructure from the ground up and has guided its accounting and finance operations through every stage of the company's growth. She oversees financial planning and compliance across the organization, ensuring the discipline that underpins day-to-day operations and long-term strategy alike. Her institutional knowledge and financial stewardship have been foundational to Springbig's stability and scale.

Michael Haynes is VP of Product Development at Springbig, where he drives the product vision and direction of the platform. As the architect of Springbig's product strategy, Michael shapes the roadmap from concept through delivery, pairing a strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of how users experience the product. Throughout his tenure, he has led the initiatives that define what Springbig builds and why — translating market needs into products that are intuitive, polished, and effective. His grounding in quality assurance and the full software development lifecycle brings rigor to every stage of that process, from early design decisions to final release.
