That’s right springbig has acquired Budtender, Canada’s leading cannabis customer experience platform. This acquisition will give springbig clients access to Budtender’s toolkit of customer experience allowing retailers access to customizable customer surveys, weekly reports, and the ability to track data in real-time among other things. 

When asked about the acquisition, springbig’s CEO Jeff Harris said, BudTender’s “vision and platform effortlessly complements springbig’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the cannabis retail and loyalty experience.”

This acquisition comes just after a stellar year for Budtender, where Budtender experienced 800% year-over-year store growth and 1,200% year-over-year revenue growth according to the company’s statement in a press release. 

With this integration, springbig will add over 200 retailers to our client list, making us over 1,900 retailers strong! Despite the growth, our goal still remains the same: To bring our retailers the very best in cannabis customer retention, marketing, and loyalty.
